Law of Attraction Vocabulary

Do you feel that everyone else has mastered the Law of Attraction except you? Do you feel that staying positive is really difficult? A good way to start is by observing your words. Always use positive words. For example:

Don’t forget… becomes Remember to…
Don’t panic… becomes Stay calm…
Don’t be late… becomes Please be on time…
I don’t know how to… becomes I will learn how to…
I can’t find… becomes It will turn up…

What you are trying to do is reinforce what you want to happen and not focusing on the negative, which is what you don’t want to happen.

When you notice that your words and thoughts are becoming negative – you know, the sad, doom and gloom type. You could put on your favorite happy or relaxing music, sing along or just sit and close your eyes and really concentrate on the music for a while.

Now, don’t you feel just a little bit better?

That is the objective – to feel just a little bit better!

You can’t monitor all your thoughts – that would be a very daunting task; but you can observe how you are feeling (your mood).

Once you are able to recognize how your mind is working, you will find it easier to do something about it. But remember, you can’t jump from feeling utterly miserable to feeling ecstatic in one leap. You should aim for the better feeling place, then the next better feeling place and so on…

Then before you know it you’re feeling great!
